Host authentication failed message.

I'm getting the following message in cfd (debug mode)

cfengine from the client fails at this point.  The cfd server is an
E4000 running Solaris 2.6 and the client is an Ultra 60 running Solaris
8.  What is going on here and how can I fix it?
