disable problem+question

Hi,

I'm trying to disable the following on Solaris with cfengine version 2.0.5 :

disable:

       /etc/rc2.d/S85power
       /etc/rc2.d/S88sendmail

But it doesn't do anything to the following files.


I have also a question :

Is there sort of enable ? for example i have a server which is not 
interactive and i want to disable S99dtlogin. After a while , this 
server goes to someone desk and i would like to enable this again. How 
do i implement this ?
