packages and CVS module

Hi all,

I've put up prerelease copies of both my packages module and my CVS
module.  They both have perldoc in them and aren't embarrassingly bad
code, but I haven't really decided on a good mechanism for keeping them
available and current online.

I'd really like to hear about anyone using this, so I know how hard I
should try to keep them up to date.
