"Hyphen" in hostname

Hi,

I found machine names with hyphen are not executing the task.

Example :

cf.groups
        my_machines = ( abc-23 )
..
..
--------------------------------------

cf.shellcommands
        my_machines.abc-23::
                "/usr/bin/echo....."


Can anybody suggest any solution ?
