cfengine current stable version

Hi,

 Is the 2.1.15 version a stable release or in alpha stage?  Because from the changelog at http://www.cfengine.org/src-mirror/ChangeLog.txt, it seems that the 2.1.15 is a alpha version.

 If so, in production environment people should use 2.1.14 instead, right?
