Ahhh!  Thanks for reminding me.  I hardly ever need filters so I forget
about them!

Here is what I used by the way in case anyone else needs this:

filter:

     { agemorethanhour
          FromMtime: "tminus(0,0,0,1,0,0)"
          ToMtime:   "inf"
          Result:    "!Mtime"
     }
