[h-e-w] GNUSERV Server subprocess exited

Hi,

i install the gnuserv-package Emacs 21.1.1 on my NT-engine.
In my .emacs i include 


(require 'gnuserv)
(gnuserv-start)
(setenv "GNUSERV_SHOW_EMACS" "1")

After i start to show a file on MSDOS with "gnuclientw foo.bar" Emacs start
and come into the front. But 
i get the message "Server subprocess exited".

Can anybody help?
