[h-e-w] Summary- spss entries in .emacs file

the consensus is to get the ESS package for WINNT. appearantly no hacks to
.emacs, .emacsinit.el, or .emacsinit.elc work. i even tried porting the
spss.el over to the site-lisp directory, but no go.
