Clearly that page does not apply to help-emacs-windows,
since this list is not mentioned on the page.
Just joking. But I do wonder why help-emacs-windows
is not mentioned there.
Personally, I do not mind seeing comparisons of emacs
capabilities to those of alternative free programs,
where "free" is not in the GNU "liberated source"
sense but simply the more common "no cost to the user"
sense. Such comparisons help me to decide what to use
(or not) in emacs; so, to me, they are relevant in the
context of "using" emacs.
