Not without writing a CCL font-decoder (which AFAIK is not documented
anywhere, although there are a few examples in lisp/language).
The main obstacle is that you have a 16 bit font, and latin-1 is
an 8 bit encoding.
You should be able to find iso8859-1 fonts from the same source as
those fonts (or any XFree86 distribution).
