I am using the one dated 21-Feb-2002 12:33   </main/laptop/96> which seems at 
odds with your version 188?
I got it from http://www.ultranet.com/~esler/ccase-mode/clearcase.el
Any chance you could send me the URL or email me a copy of your version.
