Hello All,
When visiting a remote file, via ange-ftp, should I expect Version
Control/PCL-CVS to work remotely as well. On a SCO box, running
PCL-CVS->Directory Status, I get the following:
Repository : :pserver:address@hidden:/usr/local/cvsroot
Module :
Working dir: /rcssco1:/u/jrancier/proj/clients/sa/src/
Message: cvs.exe [status aborted]: there is no version here; run 'cvs.exe
checkout' first
Message: cvs.exe status: in directory .:
--------------------- Empty ---------------------
-- last cmd: cvs -f status -v --
Can I assume that cvs is trying to run locally? (cvs.exe)
I'm running GNU Emacs 21.2.1 (i386-msvc-nt5.1.2600) of 2002-03-19 on buffy
(Windows XP).
TIA,
Jeff
