[h-e-w] syntax coloring & for ASP,javascript & SQL

Hi,
i'm using ntemacs 20.1; I've used it for some years exsclusively for C/C++ 
programming, both in linux and windows environment.
Now, i'm working on a  web development project, and I want to continue to use 
my lovely emacs, NOT the fucky VisualInterdev editor! :-) 
I spend many time working on .HTML/.ASP files, using mixed 
asp/html/javascrip/sql scripting.
Someone can help me to configure my .emacs file to do the following jobs?
1) Syntax coloring for the scripting languages mentioned above 
(SQL,javascript,ASP (and eventually vbscript) and HTML 4.0)
2) some basic but intelligent auto-indenting and brackets/parenthesis matching 
(as the C mode)
3)how to tell emacs to reload automatically the last files visited when it 
starts.
4) how to configure emacs to recognize the .ASP file extension and 
automatically enable syntax coloring and all the remaining stuff.
