[h-e-w] German ange-FTP settings

HI.

Could anyone supply the ange-ftp-configuration for German machines?
Constants like ange-ftp-skip-msgs, ange-ftp-fatal-msgs,
ange-ftp-gateway-fatal-msgs, ange-ftp-xfer-size-msgs, all have English words
and therefore need the german equivalent to let ange-ftp work on a machine
with German language.
