Has anyone done this as a single icon for double-clicking convenience?
If so, could you share the properties that make this happen? I tried
these as the "Target" property, but they don't work -- I just get a
bash window.

    C:\cygwin\cygwin.bat -c c:\emacs-21.2\bin\runemacs.exe"
    C:\cygwin\cygwin.bat -c "/cygdrive/c/emacs-21.2/bin/runemacs.exe"
    C:\cygwin\cygwin.bat -c "/cygdrive/c/emacs-21.2/bin/runemacs.exe"
