[h-e-w] html-helper-mode goes cvs and the work I lost

The good thing, html-helper-mode is in cvs on savannah. I fear I did some
mismatch with tags, if so I'll grovel in fron of savannah-hackers in order
to reset the repository.

Bad things.

I lost several contributions I received due an hd crash. blame on me, your
help is welcome.

Things to do:

Fix font-lock that doesn't work under Emacs 21
Solve XEmacs combatability once and for ever :)
Being more responsive and opensource (that's for me, not for the code)
