Hello,

thanks to all who helped in solving the problem I had in printing from
Emacs to a network printer.  The help for the variable "printer-name" says:

"On MS-DOS and MS-Windows systems ... or "//hostname/printer" for a shared
network printer."

It took me a little while to find the hostname but once I did and setted
"printer-name" accordingly, printing resumed as before.

One thing I have a hard time to understand though is where Emacs was
getting the value of "printer-name" in all those years where it was NOT
setted in my .emacs file and printing worked fine?
