[h-e-w] w32 menus in Emacs

I have seen some problems with the menus on w32. I wonder if there isany one reading the list who knows how to get TranslateAccelerator towork. Then please contact me.

I have inserted a call to TranslateAccelerator in the code and added &to the menu names. That does not seem to be enough but I just do notknow what more is needed.
