Well, according to this message:

Using emacs 21.x that line's no longer needed. The Cygwin FAQ maitainer
even commited to remove it from the document!

I installed nqmacs which included the gnuserv/gnuclientw executables,
but not gnuserv.el! Maybe I'm missing something.
