Unfortunately I have not had time to package the released version with 
my patches. However the latest version you can download of 
Emacs+EmacsW32 is made just before the release of 22.1 and there are 
very few changes that are made after I packaged Emacs+EmacsW32.

I will try to explain this on the download page.
