Are you aware of the instructions I have collected for building
Emacs+EmacsW32 on the home page of EmacsW32?
Yep. And I thank you for it, Lennart. It's been a helpful guide along
side nt/INSTALL.
It saith, install GnuWin32's Texinfo and that's what I did.
