I defined (before to contact you yesterday) a file in the directory site-lisp
I named it site-start.el and I wrote (setenv "HOME" "C:/")

But when I start emacs.exe, two .emacs.d directories are created: one in C:/ 
and one in c:/program files/emacs-23.2/bin
Why two ?
