Hi, I am trying to use Emacs on Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 and when I start the patched version then it gives me after a while of starting the Emac Server a time out. What is the issue in this case (see screen shot below). (Note: I have run this application as Administrator and my regular user and ended up with the same result). Also, I get the following at the botton of the screen: Adding c:/Program Files/Emacs/EmacsW32/lisp/ to load-path For information about GNU Emacs and the GNU system, type C-h C-a. server-ensure-safe-dir: The directory `c:/Users/muhanned.maayeh/AppData/Roaming/.emacs.d/server' is unsafe Muhanned Maayeh QA & Production Manager|| |
