[h-e-w] Emac Server fails to start on Windows 7

Hi,

 

I am trying to use Emacs on Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 and when I start the patched version then it gives me after a while of starting the Emac Server a time out.  What is the issue in this case (see screen shot below).

 

(Note: I have run this application as Administrator and my regular user and ended up with the same result).  Also, I get the following at the botton of the screen:

Adding c:/Program Files/Emacs/EmacsW32/lisp/ to load-path

For information about GNU Emacs and the GNU system, type C-h C-a.

server-ensure-safe-dir: The directory `c:/Users/muhanned.maayeh/AppData/Roaming/.emacs.d/server' is unsafe
