Ok, I have done that:
 - I've installed "CoreUtils" and "Make" packages from
"http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/";.
 - I've removed "C:\MinGW\msys\1.0\bin" from system PATH, and added
"C:\Program Files (x86)\GnuWin32\bin".

And now the original problem seems to be solved!

But I've not won the battle yet: Now "make bootstrap" ends
prematurely. A window pops-up with the message "cc1.exe has stopped
working". I'm attaching make's output.
