[h-e-w] Elpa Down?

I get an error trying to push ergoemacs-mode to elpa to support 25.1.  

I tried using:

git push git+ssh://address@hidden/srv/git/emacs/elpa.git

http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs/elpa.git gives me a 500 internal server error.

I haven't uploded to elpa for awhile, so I may be doing it wrong too...

If anyone has any insights, please let me know.
