Download the glpk distribution glpk-4.10.tar.gz either from GNU ftp
site ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/glpk/ or from some mirror ftp sites; see
http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html . Then unpack the archive and find
two files refman.ps and lang.ps in the directory 'doc'. This is glpk
documentation.
