Also I'd like to mention OR-Library by J.E.Beasley which include
a lot of instances in different areas of OR/MS:
http://people.brunel.ac.uk/~mastjjb/jeb/info.html
Though all the instances are in plain text format, they can be
easily converted, say, to cplex lp format or to MathProg models.
