I answered a little bit too fast.
here is something to understand a little bit more :
x[i,j,k,a] for i=1, j=1 can be :
k
2 0 1 1 0 0 0 0 0 0
1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
a 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
with this example, i=1, j=2 can be :
k
2 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
1 0 0 0 0 1 1 0 0 0
a 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
but it can't be :
k
2 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
1 0 0 1 1 0 0 0 0 0
a 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
this example will be correct with :
param p:=
[*,*,1]: 1 2:=
1 2 1
2 1 3
[*,*,2]: 1 2:=
1 3 2
2 2 3;
and zt will be :
zt[1,1]=2
zt[1,2]=2
