[Help-glpk] sample.c and glp_free_env()

Hello Andrew and GLPK users

With reference to the tutorial problem in the GLPK
Reference Manual for version 4.25.

Is there any merit in adding the following statement to
'sample.c' on page 13:

  s38:  glp_free_env();

This statement prevents 140 bytes of leaked memory on
exit -- and should probably be seen as good practice in
the absence of other considerations.
