Hello Jack,

a documentation of the MPS file format is in file doc/glpk.ps of the GLPK
distribution. You could write your own parser.

Some commercial addons to Matlab have functions to load MPS files, eg.
Tomlab.

Instead of Matlab you could use open source software Scilab which has a
function readmps().

This mailing list is about GLPK. Questions concerning other software should
be posed in the appropriate forum.
