Hello Xypron,

thank you for your help! The installation  was successful, but when I load
an empty problem like that:

glp_prob lp = GLPK.glp_create_prob();

I get a link error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no glpk_4_44_java
in java.library.path
    at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadLibrary(ClassLoader.java:1734)
    at java.lang.Runtime.loadLibrary0(Runtime.java:823)
    at java.lang.System.loadLibrary(System.java:1028)
    at org.gnu.glpk.GLPK.<clinit>(GLPK.java:19)
    at SimpleExemple.main(SimpleExemple.java:67)

Could you please help me? Thank you in advance.
