Hello Andrew,
when I am building GLPK for Windows I am always compiling with flag /Zi
in CFLAGS. This flag causes the compiler to create files *.pdb with the
debug information. It does not have any impact on code optimization. Cf.

Could you, please, consider adding the flag to the makefiles in w32 and
w64 in the next release.
