Duplicate Problem reports are created with a single click on submit button in GUI client page.

Dear Sir/Madam,

               Please let me know why two Problem
Reports are created for a single click on "submit"
button. In the mail notification I'm receiving the
correct problem report number i.e only one Problem
Report. But in the GUI client page i.e when I click on
advance query option there exists two Reports with the
same data present. Also in the index file there exist
two entries for the same data with consequent problem
report numbers( for e.g the Problem Report 3 & Problem
Report 4 contains same data in index file).  

Since, this started only after the GNATS - LINUX
server IP address was changed due to server relocaion
& after rebooting the system. 

I request you to kindly, let me know how to proceed
further &  indeed it would be a great help for me if
any suggestions to overcome this problem.
