No, this was submitted to the right place, although it should probably also 
have gone to the GNATS GNATS database at 
http://bugs.gnu.org/cgi-bin/gnatsweb.pl.

Could you perhaps submit a copy of it there as well, so it gets on the 
"official todo-list"?

Anyway, we have lost the primary GNATS maintainer, so work is progressing 
slowly. However, I am currently going through everything that can be 
characterized as "easy fixes", and I will look at your report shortly.
