Definitely not.

Even tried:

| (save-selected-window
|   (select-window (get-buffer-window
|                   (get-buffer "buffer/window-to-scroll")))
|   (scroll-left 5))
`----

which operates definitively in the right window but same effect, means NO
effect, means NO scrolling to left!
