Does anyone know how I can save the position of the emacs window between sessions? I am running gnu-emacs 21.2 on windoze 2000. It always starts the same size & in the same position, in the top left corner of the screen. Thanks for any help, I'm new to emacs & lovin it. -- Matt
I got it. I guess I should have read the FAQ before posting. If anyone is interested: command line: runemacs -g 100x50+50+30 or elisp: (set-frame-position (selected-frame) 50 30) (set-frame-height (selected-frame) 50) (set-frame-width (selected-frame) 100) FAQ is at: http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/windows/ntemacs.html -- Matt -- Remove the X's to reply directly.
