In some places in the source code, (find-operation-coding-system
'insert-file-contents FILENAME) is called with just those 2 arguments,
but in some places it is called with a 3rd argument.
What is the effect of specifying a non-nil VISIT arg to
(find-operation-coding-system 'insert-file-contents FILENAME VISIT)?
