emacs-devel seems to be dead. The archive web page at
<http://mail.gnu.org/archive/html/emacs-devel/2004-02/> shows the last
contribution was made on 25 February. 2004 is a leap year, and there are
thus more than 25 days in February.
Can anybody shed any light on what's not up with emacs-devel?
Thanks in advance.

Email: aacm@muuc.dee; to decode, wherever there is a repeated letter
(like "aa"), remove half of them (leaving, say, "a").
