delete-frame after `emacsclient -nw` raises other frames over other appl

Subject: delete-frame after `emacsclient -nw` raises other frames over other applications

Hi,

I use `emacsclient -nw` to open a frame in a terminal and share an existing
Emacs session. I'm using a Mac, with Emacs installed via `brew install
emacs --with-cocoa`. The output from `report-emacs-bug` appears at the end
of this message.

When I delete the terminal frame, the z-order of my windows changes. Other
Emacs frames rise above my other windows. I recorded a video showing what I
see at
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B59oD6VJewIZVG5tQ2tyRU16Q2c/view?usp=sharing

I'd like the z-order of my windows to stay the same.

Is there a user-configurable option I should change? Or would this require
a change in Emacs? If the latter, maintainers, are you open to such a
change?
