The hyperestraier user guide says

In case of simplified form, specify the following.

internet security
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---

And the debbugs-ug manual says

--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
Simplified forms, as described in the Hyperestraier User Guide, are not
supported.
