icomplete with vertical selection

Have tried that too.  Does not work and completion is still appearing 
horizontal.



Have noticed there were bug reports about it and requests for icomplete to be 
modernised.

Something I fully agree with.  Should really get to work as implemented in ivy 
as far

as display is concerned.  Maybe in 450 years.

Maybe it isn't a string but 'vertical ?
