[Help-gnu-radius] Connecting from Cisco 7200 VXR

Hi, experts!

I have successfully compiled the gnu-radius 0.95 and can auth/acct using
the radtest.  However, I cannot authenticate from the Cisco 7200 VXR.
I have the following configuration:

The ip of Cisco 7200 VXR is 192.168.1.101
The ip of gnu-radius server is 192.168.1.102
$GNU-RADIUS-DIR/etc/raddb/naslist:
192.168.1.101     cisco7200vxr     as5300

$GNU-RADIUS-DIR/etc/raddb/naslist:
192.168.1.101     cisco

The dictionay.cisco is included.

The config of the Cisco 7200 VXR is:

radius-server host 192.168.1.102 auth-port 1645 acct-port 1646
radius-server retransmit 3
radius-server key cisco

do any one of you have seom clue?
