Yes, it is possible. To do so, use Acct-Ext-Program or Scheme-Acct-Procedure
attribute in your raddb/hints. Acct-Ext-Program allows to execute an
arbitrary external program for each accounting packet.
Similarly, Scheme-Acct-Procedure executes a Scheme procedure.
