[Help-gnu-radius] Login User Power Failure

hi all,

my user file as shown below

DEFAULT Auth-Type = Local, Password-Location = SQL,
                Simultaneous-Use = 1
        Service-Type = Framed-User,
                Framed-Protocol = PPP

After a power failure, my user cann't get authenticate from radius server. from 
the redius.log it show me "multiple login". I tried to 'update" user's calls 
table status to 2 and acct_session_time to 
"something", even restart the radius server, it still show me the "multiple 
login" error. finally i 'delete' the whole line which the user last login 
recorded in table "calls" also doesn't make sense.
what can i do to avoid this situation happen agian ? if this happen agian what 
can i do to let my user get authenticate from radius server ? ( i did change my 
user file's Simultaneous-Use to 2, this 
solved my problem but i don't think this is a good solution) good comment are 
encourage to send to me :).
