[Help-gnu-radius] SNMP timeout, multi login

I'm getting these messages in my radius.log

Mar 23 11:54:52 Auth.notice: timed out in waiting SNMP response from NAS 
nas03
Mar 23 11:54:52 Auth.notice: assuming `user' is logged in
Mar 23 11:54:52 Auth.warning: (Access-Request as03-charlotte 40 "user" 
CLID=xxxxxxxxxx CSID=xxxxxxxxxx): Multiple logins: [user] max. 1

This confuses me for two reasons.  First, I don't see anything on nas03 
that would cause this timeout (other users are fine) and his attribs are:

so I can't tell why it would say that he's got a max of 1 login.  Any ideas?
