Use hints to append appropriate realm to the user name. E.g.:

# raddb/hints

DEFAULT Called-ID = 44, Replace-User-Name = 'address@hidden'
        NULL

DEFAULT Called-ID = 55, Replace-User-Name = 'address@hidden'
        NULL

# raddb/realms

realm44         radius.server.1         strip
realm55         radius.server.2         strip
