Both:
$(CC) -MMD -MM -H $(CFLAGS) $(FILES) 2>&1 | grep -iv "MingW32"
Just stderr:
{ $(CC) -MMD -MM -H $(CFLAGS) $(FILES) 2>&1 1>&3 | grep -iv "MingW32"; } 3>&1
