Hello,
This is FAQ. It is not supposed to work. There is not even a possibility
to make it work. Compatibility had to be broken to resolve quite some
problems.
Recompile all code with the newer compiler. You probably have to make
some corrections in the code, since pre 3.x code has a tendency to be
not quite conforming to the C++ standard, which the 3.x releases try to
conform to.
