The 'cc1plus' is an integral component of 'g++'; 'g++' can not work
without it. The 'g++' .deb package you've installed is corrupt, if it
doesn't contain 'cc1plus'.
You should probably report this to the 'g++' package maintainer,
and find and install a different .deb package.
