where to find information for libGOMP?

Hello,

Does anyone here know if there is a specific "dev-user-etc-etc" forum for
gcc OpenMP (and of course the runtime libGOMP)? If someone for example has a
question on how one thing works and would like to avoid reading several
pages of C code where would he ask for guidance?
